Card skimming devices found at Lincoln gas pumps

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Police have launched an investigation after card skimming devices were found at gas pumps in the Fallbrook neighborhood.

According to police, a service technician found four card skimming devices at the pumps at the Super Saver in Fallbrook on Monday. Two of the devices were mounted outside and two were mounted inside.

Police stated that the devices had been planted since May 30.

People who buy gasoline from the point in question are advised to monitor their financial transactions and contact their financial institutions immediately if they detect any suspicious transactions.
